It’s been quite a journey, and I am happy we are finally here. To start the introductions, I am Keli Whidden, one of the partners at Change Architects Incorporated. Over the coming weeks, we will introduce the rest of the gang as they guest author or pop up in a dialogue line, but suffice it to say for now that we are a diverse group of individuals who have come together professionally through our shared goals, visions and bonds.
We have fantastic jobs at CAI, working closely with passionate clients whose organizations benefit from identifying and implementing Conscious Business Strategies through cultural impact analysis, change management practices and training and support services.
Through this Blog we hope to engage you, our readers, clients and colleagues, in a meaningful dialogue about business culture and change management. We know that we will learn a great deal through this conversation and hope the learning is reciprocal.
Inspired by a Brains on Fire post, I would like to sign off our first post with a short list of some of our passions.
We passionately believe that:
- Change is inevitable, embrace it
- As Gandhi taught, be the change you want to see
- Learning and teaching is a daily practice
- Authentic and open dialogue leads to learning wealth
- In Machado’s words, as you walk, you make your own road
- Strong leaders make strong teams
Let us know what you think of our list. What would you add or change for your list?
